 I always say, "Check the receipt!", and I MEAN EVERYTIME!
I took our two cats to the vet to get their yearly shots. The doctor came in and gave them their shots and we were done. Then, when I went to pay and Jason told me the amount, I of course asked to see the printout and noticed a $20.00 exam fee - per cat. The cats were not EXAMIMED in any way! I'm sure that the exam consists of checking their ears and teeth. I don't know that it could include anything other than giving them 2 shots each, right? So of course - I questioned the charge and SURE ENOUGH they TOOK IT OFF! My bill went from $120.95 to $80.95! That's either a dinner or a pair of shoes people! Depending where you eat, or shop! REGARDLESS, it's $40!!!
I think I saved $40.00 in one minute. I can't wait to see what happens next! |
